Hi, I’m Paul! I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) based in Toronto, Ontario. I excel in supporting my clients in navigating a variety of challenges ranging from anxiety, to grief, to relationship issues, and beyond. I am a Registered Social Worker with over 7 years of previous experience working with diverse individuals, youth, and families of all ages and backgrounds in the field of mental health. Feeling safe, supported heard, and understood is so important in therapy. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and I aim to provide a safe, client-centered, and non-judgmental space for you to express yourself and feel empowered. Part of our work together can involve human connection, vulnerability, self-compassion, and empathy, all of which are ingredients to the recipe for healing and growth.

My practice encompasses a holistic, anti-oppressive, anti-racist, strength-based, and evidence-based framework. I incorporate a range of approaches that include a trauma-informed lens; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Attachment theory, Solution-focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques.
