Hi, I’m Paul! I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) based in Toronto, Ontario. I excel in supporting my clients in navigating a variety of challenges ranging from anxiety, to grief, to relationship issues, and beyond. As a therapist, I employ a wide range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focussed Therapy (SFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Person-Centred Therapy.
